Therapists in the West Midlands

Louise Lalley MBACP, Therapist in the West Midlands

My name is Louise and I am a professional therapist in the West Midlands. I started my private practice in 2019, offering talking therapy counselling. Like all therapists, my aim is to work with people struggling with some of the stresses and difficulties encountered in life, and to help them move forward.

If you are looking for a qualified therapist near you, please get in touch. Among other areas I provide counselling for anxiety, depression, and stress. You can find a longer list of issues I can help with on my Counselling Therapy and Me page. Contact me on 07824 386338 if you would like to know more.

My counselling sessions are usually face-to-face, but in response to social distancing guidance because of COVID-19, I also offer appointments via video, using Zoom or Psychology Today Sessions. I am also happy to provide therapy sessions by phone, so I am sure we will find a method suitable for you.

Therapists in Walsall

I use a quiet and peaceful therapy room on Birmingham Road in Walsall. There are some steps to the front door, so the room is unsuitable for wheelchair users.

If you are looking for information about other therapists in Walsall, I recommend a search on Psychology Today.

Therapists in Willenhall

My therapy room in Willenhall is light and comfortable, located in West Midlands House on Gipsy Lane:

There is ample free parking opposite (8:00am to 6:00pm only) and on nearby Hall Street (for appointments ending after 6:00pm). For non-drivers the 529 bus stop (from Walsall to Wolverhampton) is less than a one-minute walk away. Although there is a customer lift, there are also several steps leading to my office so this room is unsuitable for wheelchair users.

If you are looking for details of other therapists in Willenhall, I recommend a search on Counselling Directory.

Therapists in Sutton Coldfield

I use a small and safe therapy room in Our Place community hub on Farthing Lane in Sutton Coldfield:

The community hub is just a short walk from Sutton Coldfield town centre with its strong public transport links to and from Birmingham and the surrounding area. For drivers, there is a pay and display car park to the side of the building. The building is accessed by a short ramp so is suitable for wheelchair users.

Other therapists in Sutton Coldfield can be found on the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) website.

If you are thinking about therapy please call me on 07824 385338 or use the form on the Contact Me page.
