Hello, my name is Louise and I am a qualified counsellor based in the Walsall, Wolverhampton (Willenhall) and Sutton Coldfield areas in the West Midlands. As a skilled therapist I will work with you in a safe space where you can talk about your emotions, thoughts, and feelings. Above all I won’t judge or criticise you, and through talking therapy we will work on the difficulties you are facing.
Through therapy I help adults and older teenagers with a range of issues from anxiety to panic disorder, depression to stress. After an initial discussion we will talk about your feelings and identify the issues you are struggling with. We will then work together on finding a way forward, moving ahead at a pace suitable to you. You will find a list of therapies and counselling I offer below, but if you are struggling with another problem, or would like to discuss whether seeing a therapist is right for you, please Contact Me.

As well as running my private practice I trained with an organisation specialising in bereavement, grief and loss. In addition, I volunteered for a local charitable counselling service offering talking therapy, as part of my counselling training. Before practising as therapist I worked for many years with families in the Walsall, WS1 and surrounding areas, helping people cope better with issues like anti-social behaviour, mental ill-health and domestic abuse. I feel my experience has shaped my life and helped me become a better counsellor. Maybe I can help you too?
